About Me
I am a working class, neurodivergent, genderqueer Voiceover, Screen Actor, multi-award winning Filmmaker, and filmmaking/video mentor.
As a voice & screen actor I have worked on short films, feature films, music videos, podcasts. I appeared in Legacy of Lies (Netflix), & The Baby (HBO/SKY). I have a high skill in skateboarding and have done skated in short films and feature films. I have a home studio for voice acting work.
My fiction & documentary films have screened at film festivals such as: The Cambridge Film Festival & London Short Film Festival. I won awards at The Toronto Smartphone Film Festival & Bootleg Film Festival
I can mentor anyone in video or filmmaking. I can offer 1-1 sessions or courses, online or in person.
Clients include BFI & University of Cambridge.
Voiceover
I was born in Cambridge, in the south east of England. I have a neutral English accent and an engaging, friendly, kind, enthusiastic voice. I work in animation, video games, commercials, film, podcasts, audiobooks & audio drama. I can voice characters in Teens, 20s, 30s and 40s in RP, Neutral, & London accents. I have a home studio and I am based in Manchester.
I stream on Twitch as rad_ryd weekly; where I do live voice acting for video games. I also co-created and voice act in all 59 episodes of the WTFWYD? podcast.
Screen Actor
I am a screen actor with experience in short films, feature films, music videos and YouTube content. My skills include skateboarding, improvisation, comedy & an excellent understanding of how film sets run. I’m a confident presenter or host.
I have been a skateboarder for over 20 years. I provide skateboarding stunt work for films and can train non-skateboarding actors in how to skate.
Filmmaker
I am a multi-award winning Writer/Director of fiction and documentary films. My work has screened at film festivals around the world such as: The Cambridge Film Festival, The Toronto Smartphone Film Festival & London Short Film Festival.
I have worked with Projekts MCR Skatepark, New Slang Productions, The University of Cambridge, Hoipolloi, New International Encounter Theatre, The Junction, and Kettles Yard Art Gallery.
Filmmaking & Video Mentor
With a 19+ year career in filmmaking, and wealth of teaching experience I can absolutely help you.
I have over 14 years of experience teaching, training & mentoring filmmaking. Clients include British Film Institute, University of Cambridge & Red Balloon Learner Centres.
I particularly enjoy teaching individuals. I offer 1-1 mentoring for anyone. Online or in person.
My sessions are catered to the individual, they could include: teaching you video editing on any software, advice on equipment & software, or perhaps technical support.
Sessions last 1 hour. You can book as little as one session, then decide of you want or need more.

Want to begin to learn video editing? I can help. We'll work on exactly what you want to learn. We can use any software or apps you have access to. I can help you get started or speed up your editing process. I have most experience in Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro & Capcut.
